高飞 ，英语1301班，女，于1995年7月11日出生于河南省南阳市。英语专业四级水平，平时喜欢看外文电影，并且喜欢英语口语交流，英语阅读。

2015年“外研社杯”全国大学生英语演讲大赛和写作大赛辽宁赛区比赛于10月24日至25日和10月31日在辽宁大学举行。我校外国语学院英语专业陈琦，化学化工与环境学部梁家硕、教育实验学院林茜三位同学代表学校参加了演讲大赛。经过激烈的竞争角逐，在全省44所高校共92名选手中脱颖而出，陈琦同学荣获英语专业组三等奖，林茜和梁家硕同学荣获非英语专业组三等奖，载誉而归。尤其是陈琦同学在高手如林的专业选手中进入了前十名，为外语专业建设增添了信心。在写作比赛中应用化学14级黄金同学获得了三等奖的好成绩，实验班学生肇恒鹏、油气储运藤林同学获得了优胜奖。
“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛和写作大赛是由辽宁省教育厅、辽宁省财政厅主办、辽宁省高等学校外语教学研究会和外语教学与研究出版社协办的英语赛事。其中演讲大赛是省教育厅的重点赛事。我校相关部门对此次大赛高度重视，外国语学院在备赛期间认真准备，包括初赛的举办、选手的选拔、长达五周的集中培训和多次赛前模拟等赛前准备工作。最终，三名选手不负众望，取得优异的成绩，为学校争得了荣誉。这是学校多年来高度重视外语教学，注重学生英语应用能力培养的丰硕成果，也是外语学院辛勤工作、我校学子勇于拼搏的结果。相信以本次比赛为契机，我校的外语学习氛围和学生参加各类外语赛事的热情会有更大的提升。（安鑫 文）

Students of Our University Returned with Great Honor after“FLTRP Cup”National English Speaking and Writing Contest for College Students
2015“Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press Cup（FLTRP Cup) ” National English Public Speaking and Writing Contest for College Students(Liaoning Division) was held in LIAONING UNIVERSITY from October 24th to 25th and October 31st.Three students represented our university to participate in the contest, they are Chen Qi (English major from School of Foreign Languages), Liang Jiashuo( College of Chemistry,Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering) and Lin Xi(Education Experiment Institute). After fierce competition, they stood out in the 92 competitors from 44 universities. Chen Qi won the third prize of English Major Group, Lin Qian and Liang Jiashuo won the third prize of Non-English Major Group, thus they all have earned great honor. Chen Qi performed extraordinarily well among so many outstanding English major competitors and he was in the promotion of the top ten, which has largely established our confidence in the construction of our foreign language specialties.In the writing competition, Huangjin(sophomore of Applied Chemistry) won the third prize, Zhao Hengpeng(Education Experiment Institute) and Teng Lin(Petroleum and Gas Storage and Transportation) won the winner award.
This year’s “FLTRP Cup” English Public Speaking and Writing Contest for College Students was hosted by Liaoning Education Department and Liaoning Financial Department and co-hosted by Liaoning Foreign Language Teaching & Research Association and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, with e English public speaking contest as the key event for Liaoning Education Department. The relevant departments of our university attached great importance to the contest. School of Foreign Languages made full preparation for the contest,including the arrangement for the preliminary contest,the selection of competitors,five-week centralized training and several simulation competitions.Finally,three competitors performed very well and won the honor for our university.We could win the honor because our university has been paying much attention to the teaching of foreign languages and the cultivation of students’ability to apply English.The honor is also a rich reward for the efforts made by the staff members in School of Foreign Languages as well as the students of our school. We believe that after this contest,the foreign language learning atmosphere will be more pronounced in our university and the students will become more enthusiastic in participating all kinds of English competitions.
