高飞 ，英语1301班，女，于1995年7月11日出生于河南省南阳市。英语专业四级水平，平时喜欢看外文电影，并且喜欢英语口语交流，英语阅读。 

    11月27日，日本北海道文教大学国际交流处副处长黑坂满辉教授、事务部留学科科长大藤昭教授访问我校。

    上午9点，国际交流合作处处长梁建民教授会见了日方客人。梁处长对客人的来访表示欢迎，并介绍了我校历史沿革和发展近况，特别是学校国际化推进工程的具体措施和进展情况。同时黑坂教授也介绍了北海道文教大学基本情况和国际交流与合作等事宜。随后，日方客人赴外国语学院就两校建立友好关系和拟开展的日语专业“2+2”联合培养本科教育项目进行了深入探讨，双方共同完善了我校与北海道文教大学《学术文化交流协议》。外国语学院院长赵成发教授、副院长戴功伟、日语系教师王长春、颜栾兰等参加会谈。赵院长认为，此次会谈旨在为外国语学院打开思路，探索国际化人才培养新模式，为日语专业学生提供出国深造的机遇。双方还讨论了今后两校间多元化合作模式，包括互派公费留学生、教师交流等。

    上午11时许，在日语专业全体学生热烈掌声中，黑坂教授作了“中日两国语言文字”的讲座。黑坂教授谈及了两国文化发展历程，文化交流历史等，让学生们领略到了日本文化的独特魅力。讲座结束后，同学们对“2+2”项目留学条件、费用及北海道文教大学教学模式、住宿生活等相关问题纷纷提问，黑坂教授和大藤教授对同学们的问题做了详细回答。

    此次北海道文教大学来访，拓宽了我校与日本高校间的合作范围，对我校国际化人才培养模式起到了积极的补充作用。我们相信，两校日语专业“2+2”合作培养协议的签署，将为辽石化大日语专业学生提供难得的发展机遇，为其成长为复合型人才助一臂之力，成为学校国际化推进工程重要组成部分。（国际交流合作处  文/颜栾兰 摄）原文地址：点击

    On November 27, Deputy Director of Japan International Exchange Department of Japan Hokkaido Bunkyo University, Professor Kurosaka Mitsuki, and section chief of the Department of International Affairs, Professor Akilakada Daito visited our school.

    At 9:00 a.m, Director of International Exchange Department, Professor Liang Jianmin met with the Japanese guests. Director Liang gave the guests a warm welcome and introduced the history and development of our school, especially the some specific measures and the progress to promote the internationalization of our school. Meantime Professor Kurosaka also introduced the basic situation of Hokkaido Bunkyo University and some issues concerning International Exchanges and Cooperation. Subsequently, the guests went to the School Of Foreign Languages where an in-depth discussion was held on the ways to establish friendly relations between the two universities and the plan to carry out the “2 + 2” joint training program of undergraduate education . Both parties improved the Academic Cultural Exchange Agreement between our school and Hokkaido Bunkyo University. Dean of School of Foreign Languages, Professor Zhao Chengfa, Vice President Dai Gongwei, and Japanese teachers Wang Changchun, Yan Luanlan, etc. attended the meeting. Dean Zhao believed that the talks served as a turning point in broadening the horizon of the faculty members in the School Of Foreign Languages in exploring a new internationalized   talent training model, and also in terms of providing opportunities for Japanese majors to pursue further studies abroad. Both sides also discussed the diversified cooperation mode between the two universities, including the exchange of students at public expense, teachers exchanges, etc.

    At 11 a.m, in the warm applause from all students of Japanese major, Professor Kurosaka made a lecture on“Chinese and Japanese language”. Professor Kurosaka talked about the cultural development and cultural exchange history of the two countries, so that students would appreciate the unique charm of Japanese culture. After the lecture, students raised questions on issues related to “2 + 2”project including the enrolment conditions, fees and Hokkaido Bunkyo University’s teaching mode, dormitory life, etc. Professor Kurosaka and Professor Daito answered the questions in details.

This visit of guests from Hokkaido Bunkyo University broadened the scope of cooperation between our school and Japanese universities, and it  played a positive complementary role in terms of our university’s internationalized talent training model. We believe that the signing of our two school’s agreement on “2 + 2” Japanese major’s  cooperate training program will provide a rare opportunity in career development for Japanese majors in Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, support them to become Inter-disciplinary talents, and make up an important part of the process in promoting the internationalization of our university.(Report by International Exchange & Cooperation department/Photo by Yan Luanlan)
